Will was kind and responsive and he was willing to responsibly advise me on what needs to be done for bare minimum safety versus what could be done if I wanted to invest more money in my old care. I don't write reviews but my experience with Will's was outstanding and deserving of recognition.Will thoroughly explained the issue and my options. He went out of his way to save me time and money. He was altogether professional and kind. His staff even fixed my loose rear view mirror without mentioning it or charging me. Until recently I had a friend who serviced my car and I was not sure I'd be able to find a trustworthy mechanic. I am delighted to have found Will and recommend him highly.

Love this place. Took clunker in. I just needed a brake line fixed. Other places wouldn't touch it because it was such a POS car. Wills auto did it cheap and warned me about the dangers of my lousy van. Thank you! Will's auto repair.

Do not go to Will!!! I went to Will for multiple big repairs and I thought he was reliable and honest but he wrecked my car. I recently moved to California and my car failed the smog test in flying colors, mostly due to issues with my timing belt. Funny enough Will did a $1.5k timing belt repair on my car a year ago and ever since then my car has run horribly. I have brought it to him multiple times since then telling him it’s rumbly and running poorly and he always said it wasn’t the engine but it was the wheel bearings or this or that expensive, unrelated thing. I went to 4 mechanics here and they all said my last mechanic scammed me and he must’ve known he messed up the timing belt. Now I have whole array of problems caused by the timing being 5 teeth off!! Either Will doesn’t know what he’s doing and won’t admit that, or he’s comfortable scamming me cause I’m a woman.

These guys are incredible. Came in yesterday with a clunking noise on my car, ended up being a problem with the wheel bearing and cv axel, and these guys got me in and out by the following day. Super speedy, they truly go the extra mile, and Will is truly just a very kind, down to earth guy! You’re in good hands with these folks! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now!

We took our 2005 Camry in when the check engine light came on. On that visit , Will found a lot of things that were wrong with our car, documenting each item that needed repair with photographs. My Dad is a damn good mechanic in his own right and called to talk to Will about what he found. For the first time in my experience, Dad said to go along with Will’s plan without qualification. The car started running rough about a week or two later, revving into high rpms when accelerating, so we brought the car back in. Long story short, Will comped the second visit saying follow ups are free, despite putting hours into getting our car to run better. It’s an old car, and a work in progress, but at every turn we are informed, given choices, and the car’s performance improves. This mechanic is a gem in terms of his skill set, integrity, and generosity. I simply cannot recommend this garage highly enough.

So I took my car in on June 12th for a brake inspection, expecting to pay a ridiculous amount of money for new rotors. Will had me fixed up within a few hours, repairing my existing rotors instead of replacing them, which saved me, I'm sure, a considerable amount of money. He was super friendly, communicative, and explained to me exactly what I was paying for.And now for the cherry on top... Just now, today, on the 17th, I get a text to confirm my appointment with Will's Auto on Monday the 19th. Confused, I look at my email... when I booked my brake inspection, I swore I had made the appointment for the 12th. Looking at it now, I made it for the 19th by accident! When I showed up on the 12th, Will didn't even bat an eyelash. He still had me fixed up same day, despite the fact that I didn't technically even HAVE an appointment! I was already impressed by the service I received, but now I'm totally floored at how kind and professional Will was despite my mistake!

I am extremely impressed by Wills auto repair. Within 3 hours of drop off I had my starter changed and car ready to pick up. Will was very professional and personable it was a pleasure to work with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone .

Will is a fantastic mechanic--no nonsense, fair prices, and a sense of humor, too. When replacing my alternator he gave me the option to replace with a new or used alternator, which is great for an older car like mine that doesn't need anything fancy (and boy have the prices of new alternators gone up!). In collaboration with a locksmith down the street he managed to fix the driver's side lock on my 93 Toyota that another mechanic had assured me couldn't be fixed. Highly recommended.

I’ve been coming here for the past two years to get my out-of-state emission tests and safety inspections done. They do a phenomenal job and really care about their customers. You might pay a little more to come here, but it’s well worth it.

I was not serviced at this mechanic and I'm sure they're great at it, but I just wanted to leave a review to mention how I ran out of gas a block-and-a-half away from their store, and when I came walking up thinking they were just a regular gas station, assuming I could buy gas there, they let me know that I couldn't buy gas, but then, out of the kindness of their heart, freely gave me a gas tank that which I could take back to my car so I could make it to the next gas station. So I may not be able to speak to their mechanic skills personally, but I can definitely speak to their service. Thanks again y'all ⛽

Going on a road trip moving from Hillsboro OR to Phoenix AZ area & broke down in Eugene on the way, towed my car to Will’s shop & the tow truck driver even said he recommended this place. Will troubleshooted & Told us our problem & was making calls and reaching out trying to find the part we needed, saved our road trip & got us back on the road. Best & most transparent mechanic I’ve ever met 20/10

Our daughter had sudden problems with our car while away at school. It was a stressful situation that could have gone badly. We were able to have the car towed to Will’s where they assessed the car’s needs and quickly fixed it within a couple of days. Communication couldn’t have been better and the end price was fair. In a situation where it could have gone differently, I was able to trust Will’s to be helpful and honest. Thanks for that. We’ll be back if the car ever needs a repair again.

I've had my both my front cv axels replaced by Will and let me tell you. This business tells you how it is and keeps a good deal. I've called around 7 or so other mechanics around Eugene and none compare to Will's. I would 100% recommend coming here.

Was looking for a shop to do some transmission work on my wife's 1998 Corrolla on short notice. No one was available in town. Will was the last person I called and I told him the issue I was having. He then directed me to check a gasket and spark plugs. I did the work myself that weekend and the problem was fixed.I trust that he is an experienced mechanic and am thankful that he'd share his knowledge.I will likely bring our vehicles here in the future.

Will has done some work on my 2002 Toyota before. Excellent work I might add.Wills Auto Repair is now my “Go To” Garage!!!They did a Rack & Pinion R&R and my SUV is driving like it is brand new!!! I got it new in 2002. It is driving superbly thanks to Will and crew!!!

The owner, Will, is a no-nonsense, helpful and approachable kind of person. He explained the full issue of the timing chain to me instead of simply stating that it needed replacing and giving me a price. He also mentioned other options for my truck. I will definitely be bring other vehicles here as well as recommending this shop to others.
