After-Hours Vehicle Drop-Off & Pick Up Instructions

If you need to drop off your car outside of business hours, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Park in Customer Parking:
    Park on the east side of the building in the spaces labeled “Customer Parking.”

  2. Gate Hours:
    The gate to the road is open from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM daily, including weekends.
    If you need to drop off your vehicle outside of those hours, please make arrangements with us in advance.

  3. Keys and Accessories:
    Please include all necessary items with your keys — key fobs, remote start fobs, and any special keys such as fuel door or wheel lock keys.

  4. Valuables:
    Do not leave valuables or personal belongings inside your vehicle. We are not responsible for items left in the car.
  5. Lock Your Vehicle:
    After parking, lock your car and place the keys in the secure drop box.

Pick Up Instructions

  1. A copy of your invoice will be left on the passenger seat for your records.

  2. Once your invoice is paid, we’ll text you the combination to the lock box. The box is labeled #1 or #2 — inside you’ll find your keys. Your car will be parked in The Customer Parking area, locked up and ready to go.

  3. The exterior fence will be closed at 8pm for security.

  4. The fence is open from 730 am to 8 pm daily including weekends.
